The SCP online platform has been operating for a long time; at one time I was perplexed about the purchase of Comverse. Apparently, SCP was missing some important functionality at that time or there was a lot of extra money. It must be assumed that over the past years SCP has been improved and there is no longer a need to maintain two similar platforms at the same time. Perhaps this was necessary to combine MTS and MGTS billings. Also, the purchased version of Comverse did not allow creating more than one personal account for a number. Perhaps this would cause additional difficulties if the Communications Law stipulates the need to open a separate account to pay for additional services.

Nothing should change for you and me; SCP can calculate services in real time (online) in the same way. Even when this platform was launched, I noticed an interesting scheme for “reserving” the cost of a minute of connection: at the beginning of a conversation, the platform “writes off the price of one minute in advance” and “holds” this money for the entire duration of the connection.
