Phones served in the Beeline operator network before January 1, 2019 are automatically registered in local system and are transferred to the database of identification codes (BDIC). If the owner of the phone is under 14 years of age, then the procedure must be completed by legal representatives on his behalf. Teenagers between the ages of 14 and 18 may register their communication device only with the consent of their parents or guardians.

6. Can a mobile operator refuse to register a subscriber?
